Would you like to join us on a tour? Great!

There are two documents we need you to complete. Please scroll down this page and click both the Registration Form button and the Liability Waiver button to fill in and submit those documents.

Once we have both forms, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

• In August, we will contact each person in the group to start the onboarding process.
• This will involve two meetings (in-person or virtual) where we go over all the finer details and get to meet everyone before departing.
• The first meeting will take place in September or October, and the second one in March or April, ahead of the tour.
• We will also discuss payments, details of which can be seen below.

Payment for Heart of Burgundy Tour

• $750 Deposit due at the time of registration. (+$700 for single-room occupancy)
• 50% of the trip cost is due by October 1st of the year preceding the tour.
• The remaining balance is due by April 1st of the year of the tour.
• Deposits and balance payments may be paid by Zelle or check to Wine Detours. A receipt will be provided via email.

Payment for The Loire Valley Tour

• $750 Deposit due at the time of registration. (+$700 for single-room occupancy)
• 50% of the trip cost is due by February 1st of the year preceding the tour.
• The remaining balance is due by July 1st of the year of the tour.
• Deposits and balance payments may be paid by Zelle or check to Wine Detours. A receipt will be provided via email.

Payment for South Africa Tour

• $2800 Deposit due at the time of registration. (+$2000 for single-room occupancy)
• $50% of the trip cost is by September 1st of the year preceding the tour.
• $The remaining balance is due by December 1st of the year preceding the tour.
• Deposits and balance payments may be paid by Zelle or check to Wine Detours. A receipt will be provided via email.

Payment for French Polynesia Tour

• $2500 Deposit due at the time of registration. (+$1800 for single-room occupancy)
• 50% of the trip cost is due by September 1st of the year preceding the tour.
• The remaining balance is due by December 1st of the year of the tour.
• Deposits and balance payments may be paid by Zelle or check to Wine Detours. A receipt will be provided via email.

• • The total cost of the Heart of Burgundy Tour excludes airfare to Paris, train fare from the airport to Dijon, travel insurance, and tips.
  • For the Heart of Burgundy Tour, we require a minimum of 12 people per trip. If we do not have a full trip by September 1st, we will notify current registrants that the trip will be postponed until all spots are full.
  • The total cost of the Loire Valley Tour excludes airfare to Paris, train fare from the airport to Tours, travel insurance, and tips.
  • For the Loire Valley Tour, we require a minimum of 12 people per trip. If we do not have a full trip by February 1st, we will notify current registrants that the trip will be postponed until all spots are full.
  • The total cost of the South Africa Tour excludes airfare to Cape Town and from Johannesburg, travel insurance, and tips.
  • We require a minimum of 12 people per trip. If we do not have a full trip by August 1st, we will notify current registrants that the trip will be postponed until all spots are full.
  • The total cost of the French Polynesia Tour excludes airfare to Papeete, travel insurance, and tips.
  • Currency exchange rates fluctuate. Prices are subject to change based upon currency exchange rate fluctuations, provided actual variations have occurred.
